You use this track in situations where you need grip. Streams, slopes, steep shorelines or fishing over very long distances are obvious examples. A large 1 oz. Grippa has as much grip as a 2 oz. board. With this in mind, fish with a Big Grippa is always lighter than other types of sheds. A big advantage. We like to use the Big Grippa for fishing on sloping islands, where other species in the hut are moving away, the Big Grippa stays good. In Europe, where carp fishing in rivers or over very long distances is the order of the day, Big Grippa is the most common form. Not only do the numerous crampons on the cable ensure a firm anchorage at the bottom, but it is mainly the middle hole that fills up with sand, which is why our Grippa guide remains the best!
